Incorrect or Faulty Item
If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, we apologize and want to correct this for you. Please contact our customer service team via email at contact@mummyista.com or call +971 52 990 6464.
Returns
Our returns window is 14 days from the day you receive your item. Please note we only accept returns if they are unused, in a resalable condition with all tags attached.
Refunds will be made in the original form of payment and processed on receipt of returned items.
Please note: swimwear items, briefs, panties and thongs - please ensure that these are tried on over your own underwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items where it is apparent that this has not been done.
Returns can be made via our courier. We recommend retaining a proof of collection as we don’t accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
Our couriers will only collect a return order from the final recipient after they have acknowledged and signed the receipt of a shipment. Mummyista must have approved the transaction and have advised the courier to pick up the returns.
If scheduled collection of a return was unsuccessful due to unavailability of the person or package at the time of collection at a customers premises, a rescheduled delivery charge will apply (AED 20 up to 5 kilos, additional AED 3 for each additional kg).
On returning goods on which you have received a discount/offer, that discount/offer will no longer apply if you fall below the discount/offer threshold.
Please note: card refunds may take 10 to 45 business days for the card issuing bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately, we are unable to influence this. Mummyista does not reimburse any bank charges you may have incurred in the transaction.
UAE Customers: you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it and will receive a refund for the full cost of the order, including the basic cost for delivery.
Outside UAE Customers: you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. Please notify us in writing (by email) within 14 days that you wish to cancel your order and that you intend to return the item(s) and we will be happy to offer you a full refund including delivery charge. If you paid for premium or express delivery, we will only refund the cost of standard delivery. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase by emailing contact@mummyista.com and putting RETURN in the subject header of the email. It is not enough to just send the goods back.
Exchanges
UAE Customers:
You can return your item for an exchange within 7 days, as long as the new item has the same product code as the original product you ordered. If you want to exchange for a different colour, the price of both colours must be the same as the price at which you bought the original product. Please email us at contact@mummyista.com to arrange an exchange and put 'EXCHANGE' in the subject text of your email.
You’ll know if the new item has the same product code as your original item, because the size or colour will be available in the drop down menu on the product page for the original item you ordered.
If the item is out of stock in the size or colour you have opted for, then a refund will be processed instead.
If you want a different item, the item you want is sold under a different product code, or the item you want is a different price to the price at which you bought the original product, then you'll need to return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order.
We will pay shipping on your first exchange (sent via standard shipping). Subsequent exchanges are charged at the standard delivery rate.
Outside UAE Customers:
We're not able to offer an exchange on returned items and all returned items will be refunded once they've been received by our warehouse. If you need a different size or colour of an item, then you'll need to place a new order.
